New Client Portal Announcement

We’re excited to announce that we have a brand new client portal launching next month. It will showcase a fresh new look with enhanced features, created to make a seamless experience. Here’s some things to look forward to:

  • Case Management: We are now providing more functionality around managing your support cases with the ability to open a case, reopen a closed case, view your case history, and more!
  • Modernized Design: We have redesigned the portal’s layout with a more modern look and feel, with updated navigation for a quick way to get from one task to the next!
  • Payment Methods: You can now save various payment options within the new portal!

We have also made improvements to the login experience that will make managing your account simpler and more secure:

  • One-Time Registration: Complete a quick one-time registration upon your first visit.
  • No Need to Remember Site Numbers or PINs: We've eliminated the need for site numbers and PINs to login. Once registered in the new portal, login is a breeze, simply log in using your email address and the password you created.
  • Multi-Account Management Made Easy: If you manage multiple accounts, we have designed a more streamlined login experience and simpler multi-account management. The new portal unifies all your accounts under one login, making account management simple and efficient.
  • Introducing MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): By adding an extra layer of verification, MFA strengthens your account security and safeguards you against unauthorized access.

The new client portal is set to launch at the beginning of April with a new link. Once it’s ready, we’ll provide you with the access details.
